Argumentation Changing a culture is hard work. As a web of individual and collective representations it is highly complex and cannot be changed at once. To get a transformationnal process started, create a space where participants can live a new experience that can possibly change their views and mindset not by convincing them rationnaly with facts but by living a different way of doing and being. Use a location different from their day to day work, possibly in a place close to the issues being discussed. Design your event so that everyone feel welcome and at home. Be aware of CULTURAL CONTEXT.
